I have read plenty of horror stories about dealership's service departments and the response/treatment Buell owners receive. This is NOT one of those stories. These guys at Dallas HD have went far above, and beyond, what I expected from a HD service dept. Alex Martinez (service manager) has taken or responded to all my calls concerning my CR with amazing patience and attentiveness. (I might be a little over anxious)They have completely changed my POV on HD service. I cant go on enough about how everyone there has treated me and my bike. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!

I've bought 3 bikes from them and had very good service/relationship with them over the years I've ridden Buell.

I recommend Michelle in service as your service writer, she's very good and takes very good care of me, and I recommend Smoot in parts -- he actually knows the product well.

I do most of my own service work now, but will take my street bike to them for motor work at 12k. They have done probably 6 value services for me to date -- motor always comes back spunky and happy.

The one in Allen is pretty good. They always took care of me, When I bought my xb from there, I kinda let myself get screwed but I kinda did it to myself. The parts and service awesome!! A+++. The parts guys are always interested in what I have going on, and what im up to. The guys actually remember my name. Shows a lot to me personally. The service guys are awesome, John the shop manager is a cool guy, the buell tech david is always around and he gets back to me asap. Great jobs Allen HD, for still showing and having the appreciation of buell owners. Sales guys could be nicer but cant complain.

I've done business with both stores for years, and have always been satisfied.

I bought my bike from Garland, and get it serviced and my parts in Allen, so far no complaints from either. I don't remember names, but they have all been friendly enough and helpful.
