WD40 (or otherwise lube) the grommet.

Push it thru from the front side, towards the back.

When you get to the point you can't pull any more, get a rag and a pair of pliers.

Wrap grommet tip with rag.

Grab with pliers.

Pull.

It'll snap into the screen.

Just be patient with them. For the 4 on my Uly it took us about 30 minutes because we were afraid as were going to rip them apart!

Warm them up first! Not like in an oven! Just in like a hot cup of coffee hot. It will make life easier.....then when you start them with you fingers you can pull them through with the pliers.

My original grommets are loose from vibes.
Anyone else have this issue?

Ahhh got them in. Heated them up, then took a Torx headed screw driver, and used it to press each side of the grommet into the hole, then pressed through the center of the grommet to push it the rest of the way through. Man that was tough! Too bad the sun has gone down now. Thanks for the tips guys.

Cut then out with snips or an X-Acto knife - then install the four new ones you purchased from American Sport Bike.

Install tip on grommets-

Insert needle nose pliers through the grommet hole and grasp the wall of the grommet. Holding the grommet base with one hand, twist pliers 90 degrees which reduces the grommet od enough to allow insertion of the through it's mounting hole. And Armorall or silicone grease makes the job easier.
It's not a drop in but much easier than forcing the grommet into that small hole.
( I think I'm getting aroused...)
