Great job, Froggy. Isn't Black Hills HD/Buell in Rapid City going to continue to support Buells? I know they have never been a big Buell promoter, and wrote something about the loss of Buell only impacting them slightly but I thought they were going to still do services/repairs, and order parts. Being a Sturgis goer it would be nice to have them on board. I'll call them when they open and report back.
Have you considered how to get the list of dealers, once fully compiled, in a useful format for members? Ths. again for great work. Mike |

The list is 100% based on what people have reported to me. If someone isn't on the list, that means nobody reported it or they were on the list and someone told me they shouldn't be.

Ths Froggy. I just got off the phone with the G.M. of Black Hills Harley Davidson in Rapid City, S.D. and he told me that they are 'Absolutely' going to be servicing Buells, performing Buell warranty work and ordering parts. They have chosen to continue to support Buells! |

You can add Thunderbird HD/Buell in Albuquerque to your list. I just spoke with the Service Manager, an avid Buell rider who said "definitely, we will continue to support Buell's, we love the Buell guys and are here for them". He sounded sincere and they are definitely signing up to service and order parts. That fills that big N.M. void on your map. I may check the Santa Fe dealer if I get time. Ths. Mike |

Is there a list of helpful dealers, by state? I'd like to copy it and carry it with me on trips if there is. Do you know if there is a list of Buell folks who will help with problems travelers might have? I'd like to join it if there is and carry that as well.
With the parts backlogs I'm getting skittish about using my Uly for touring this year. That's why I bought it and I'd love to, but breaking down a thousand or more miles from home and not being able to get the bike repaired would not be cool. Ths. |

You can use the dealer locator on Buell.com
The point of this map is to figure out where the confirmed dealers are, not what Buell.com says. I have a few entries that aren't listed on Buell.com yet have been confirmed to continue support.

As for the parts issue, don't worry about it. I have done 3000 mile trips on mine without worrying about bringing spare parts, tools, tire plugs and all that junk. It will bite me in the ass one of these days  |
