I want to start out with a thank you to all who post here. I am grateful for all the help I have found by doing searches and just generally reading this forum. It is of a great value for this to exist as a place we can all join in to help each other. A little about my bike. It is a 09 1125CR with the 152 Tune. It is stock. No performance upgrades at all. I have 1638 miles on the bike. I ride short rides and long all day rides on the bike. Below is a picture of a short ride around my neighborhood. I got home and let the bike idle for a bit. Is this normal for glowing red header tubes? I found out how to go in Diag Mode and wanted to pull the codes since the check engine light comes on when I start and then goes off. Below is a list of codes that pulled. P---- ECM ERROR P0122 TPS SYS ERROR P0192 FUEL PR SYS ER 61005 LOW FUEL SYS ER P1151 TIP OVER SYS ER P0112 1 AT SYS ERROR P2229 BARO SYS ERROR On to the questions. What is the correct TPS voltage with ignition on, but bike not running? mine is .5 and goes to 4.0 when throttle is completely opened I have never laid the bike over, but what is the TIP Over Sys Error? The tip over voltage was at 1.3 on the side stand? I know where the Barometer is, but why would this have an issue? What is the 1 AT SYS error? It looks as the bike is not changing the fuel maps as both front and rear are at 100. Any general information from what you see here would be appreciated. I want to know if there is a way that I can reset the ECM to see if the codes pull up again. I also know that there was some sort of TPS reset that was required after I got the Bike Flashed. I like to do research before taking the bike to the dealership. My dealership had to call to figure out how to put the flash on. I would prefer to not drive an hour and half through Atlanta traffic to get to the dealer that I bought it from. Thanks so much, Just so all know. I bought this bike 2 weeks before the dreaded announcement. Thanks for all of your help in advance. Have fun and stay Safe. Adam (Message edited by Catrone on November 27, 2009) |

Your dealer updated your ECM programming, and never cleared the codes. Do a search on here for those fault codes, you will see a dozen others with the same situation. Either get the dealer to clear them or ride the bike 50 times till it clears itself |
