The ONLY reason I sold mine is because I have 3 other Buells, and I just didn't ride it much. 06+4788miles = no ride enough. | ||

I started looking at Buells in the mid 90's. Bought a 99 Cyclone in 2000. Put 43,000 fun miles on it and traded it in on my 09 Uly. I'm keeping it. If I had the $$$ I'd buy a new Lightning too. | ||

I just bought a CR (in May) and was going to wait a year or two before I bought an Uly XT. Of course all of that changed quickly so I am off to pick up my new Uly on Friday. : ) | ||

Keeping mine - have yet to find a better ride for me and the support I've received from the dealer and the MoCo has been superb. Got an old Yamaha DT400D to restore for off road and to keep my Uly company in the garage. | ||

My Uly turned four years old at the beginning of this month. I have over 47,000 miles on the bike. So I think I have had it long enough to answer the question at hand. No! The thought has never been further from my mind. As a matter of fact all three of Buells in the barn have a happy home for a long time. I know one day I will buy another bike. I do not know what it will be but I know it will not be a Harley product. Buell was the only thing Harley had that ever interested me enough to lay money down on. What ever it will be will, it will have to share the stable with the Uly. I will keep it for as long as I can. (Message edited by m2nc on October 26, 2009) | ||

trading mine in for an 1124CR! I never quite warmed up to the ULY being a sport tourer, sorry folks, I love my Buells, especially my S2's, but I found the ULY lacking when I went to the 25th anniversary last year. I picked up an ST1300 for my touring needs, and the 1125CR will fill my Buelligan needs... | ||

I can't take my Ulysses to the grave with me because it would require too large of a hole at the cemetery, but I'll be in the ground covered-up before anyone else ever has their name on the title! I'm just hoping that it will be a long time before that happens! | ||
