First is the local competition. Only the best film goes on for the world competition. to be judged against best of films from all over the world. This year I am competing against about 50 other films. Nashville is one of the most competitive cities. Judging is going on now. By a group of selected folks. Awards show is 8/4. Screening are in local theaters next week. At the screening the audience votes for their favorite for a people choice award. |

Awesome job, Barker! "Props" to you and all your "crew"! Loved the sunset and cloudy background in the closing scenes. I was struck how much Jenny looked like the wife (Erin Bethea) of Kirk Cameron in the movie "Fireproof". I liked how the action scenes had that jerky-motion camera effect. The opening scene with you making a safety video was funny! Thanks for sharing your project. It will be interesting to watch the standings. Good luck! |

"Spinning my tires on the mud" Was there a little motorsport influence on the script? Well done. You managed to get an emotional feeling in there that a lot of full length movies don't even get close to. |
