Anybody have a pic of the Firebolt mirror with the rubber stalk cover removed? I've seen them before in person but would like a pic to study. |

eh... yes. if i can find a picture of it. found some.. not that close up, but hopefully you can see it well enough. If you want more of a close up, you'll have to give me a day or two. http://cdn.livevideo.com/image/73/294873/626149_pm .jpg http://cdn.livevideo.com/image/73/294873/626150_pm .jpg on a side note. The stalks oxidize fairly quickly and the bolts rust the second you get them wet, so some krylon and SS bolts are pretty much a necessity if you plan to do this |

These should do it for you. I just posted links 'cause the images are pretty big. You can see the oxidation and rust in these, so you'll see why i say to use some paint and stainless bolts. http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l81/cronus1987/DSCN2368.jpg http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l81/cronus1987/DSCN2369.jpg http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l81/cronus1987/DSCN2370.jpg (Message edited by cronus1987 on May 30, 2009) |
