Please cease the personal attacks and derision. YOU are WAY out of line here!

If...once upon a time, you were, indeed enamored by the the Buell ethos, then you should know where some of us are coming from on this site. What I can't fathom, is why you continue to post negative, derogatory remarks about Buell, Court, Blake, Dyna, Aaron, and just about every other person who's very experience and knowledge I come here to benefit from. If you have indeed lost your enthusiasm for the machine and it's legions of fans, then why post here at all? Perhaps you're trying to "enlighten" the rest of us to come around to your point of view? Perhaps you just want to rain on the parade? You may well be a gifted and passionate writer, indeed...but so was Adolph Hitler. Lose the negative vibes, friend. Your posts used to be interesting and enlightening as well.

Some people think only their opinion matters.

Sad really.

Keep your opinions to yourself then. Be satisfied that you've got rid of me. Now fuck off I'm in a bad mood.

Easyflier,
What is really sad is that some people think they are welcome to sew discord and insult in this forum. Opposing opinions expressed with a modicum of respect are not a problem here.

Rocket,
Let's be very clear on this issue. No one has "got rid of" you. You've done that all by yourself. Bad mood or no, this forum does not exist for you to inflict upon others the effects of your "bad mood."

So f' off yourself.

Blake, I understand.

Rocket, I don't know what's bugging you, and you probably have legitimate reasons for feeling as you do but I don't feel we should be your outlet. I prefer to see the people that frequent this forum in a better light.

I lied about my mood, I just thought it sounded cool after fuck off.

Anyway, fuck off fuckers and let me think about whether I ever want to participate here again. I just don't know if I can keep taking this phoney nice kiss butt shit you keep spouting. Hell even Dyna's conforming these days.

There's nothing "phony" about friendship or in being respectful to others. Conforming to a code of integrity and decency is a bad thing? Sticking by or at least respecting your friends is a bad thing?

The good ole days...

a new buell racing program for us to get behind?
time to meet with the factory like the good old days? where is that Vrod Buell sport touring bike? would it bring us together again? rex

The Honda folks would DIE to have been able to do what Buell did with the XB platform.

Do us the honour of explaining why?

Kin da yes, kinda no. For now, I'll just say I have friends in CA who LOVE the XB.

HRC

By the way Miguel Galuzzi was mentioned and rightfully so. He, along with his fellow Pasadean alum David Rob (BMW, Corette Sting-Ray and "S" Class Mercedes) could both explain to you why the Buell S-1 came into public view a couple years AFTER the S-2. Go figure?

It's kinda funny how you come up with that pic Blake.

Taken 18 months ago at what came to be known as the Buellganza. I've spent that 18 months, on and off, addressing, talking, engaging or simply just trying to shoot the breeze with the other fella in that photo, not to mention the couple or so emails I sent him a few months after the event asking him why he was ignoring me (my posts)? I bothered because I was concerned. Concerned as to why it appeared I'd fallen foul of the Buell demi-God. Of course, there was no reply. Better, the only 'reply' I've had from the fella in the pic is when he asked me not to 'break any windows', more a concern for BadWeB than an offer of friendship me thinks.

I know when I'm not liked, it tends to have a negative effect on one, especially in the direction that dislike comes from. Court and Aaron are in the same deal here.

Sadly I couldn't make Bonneville last year, few folks really knew why. Not one of you thought to send me a small token of anything as a keep sake. Not even a poxy tuppence ha'penny Team Elves sticker. But a mere handful of people mentioned my presence not been there. I thank them. They know who they are. Most rest of you I judged.

You know not what you missed, but I do. My friendship, my participation, all worth so much more. I think I'll continue to be Buells antithesis in an effort to balance the scales.

Hey Court, thanks for finally responding to one of my posts. Man it's never to late. I especially liked your usual trick, name dropping Galuzzi and some bloke, Rob? Wish I had such revered friends as you.

We live in a wonderful world.....let us not allow facts to cloud our perception of it.

Wonderful words, pity you use them to excuse your bull shit.

Rocket, here's a scoop for you: for the longest time you wouldn't respond to MY posts, and i used to wonder what I'D done to piss you off so much that you would "shun" me here on BADWEB.

do i sound a little paranoid?

yeah, well so do you.

you've been all over the place with your emotions, one minute all flowery and romanatic and full of life and passion, the next all bitter and cold and mean and insulting.

yeah, i said insulting. you can call it "criticism" all you want, but your insults toward Court have been just that, mighty personal ones i might add, and pretty immature as well.

you've been thru some tough shit, have you? join the frikkin' club, pal -- everyone here has been in the same boat.

yeah, i know, you're gonna tell me to go fuck off here in just a second. well, you've told me that before, and i apologized to you, thinking i'd said something wrong, and thinking i'd lost a friend.

in retrospect i've concluded i said nothing wrong at all.

and you, apparently, were never my friend, "revered" or otherwise.

you've got a chance here to show what you're really made of, who the "real" Sean Pepper is. don't do it for me, or Blake, or Court, or BADWEB.

do it for YOU.

ok, i'll just go bugger off now.

wow . . .. . I'm sure gonna be glad when we all get to ride again . .. . . praps it'll lighten the mood a little . .. . . .

Rocket, we've all got challenges in our lives . . .. it ain't the number of em, but how one deals with em, I'm thinkin . . . .ain't bein PC (if you knew me, you know that), simply tryin to get through my life as best I know how, without making it harder, primarily, for myself

Blake -- given your rather graphic depictions of people that you disagree with in the past, your recent insistance on decorum is a little puzzling, to me any ways . . ..

Bomber, I do agree with the above statement 100% !!! Character is made up of how you deal with the bad things, NOT the good things in your life !! Anyone can be a decent human being when things are going good, it's those that can maintain their decency when things aren't so good that I admire !

And while I usually do agree with you, and I probably shouldn't stick my nose into it, I agree with everyone above !! Rckt does seem to post the most insulting, complaining, deragatory and downright MEAN posts I've had the pleasure of reading !!

Man, posting about how someone/anyone/no one likes you sounds like a silly child !!! Who cares who likes you or not, your gonna let that effect the kind of person you are or could be ??

Just my observations of the posts only as I don't know all those involved personally, but some of them I do know and like !!

Hey Rocket
I never met you. Never e-mailed you. Never got a direct e-mail from you either for that matter.

But I did contribute $$ to the bring Rocket to the what turned out as the Buellganza you speak of and I have been lurking on Badweb for quite some time.

I trust if I met you in person I might like you but from what seems to come every so often from you in waves it sure makes me wonder.

Have a great day

Naughty, I just want to let you know that I've bought several pairs of boots from Top Gear, and they've treated me right. I 've gotten several pairs of Prexport boots for myself, Terri and one of our daughters. When I had a problem with one of the pairs of boots that I bought for myself, they exchanged them for a new pair, even though the old pair was pretty worn. They stand behind their product, and they treat their customers right.

Naughty...From what I understand from the "natives" is that the best way to guarantee an early spring (read: longer riding season) is to buy a new snowmobile!!!

Don't you folks need one real bad? I would love to share in your snowmobiling disappointment. LOL

Out in West Bend last week I saw two sitting on a trailer next to hwy-32 in someone's front yard. Price on the for sale sign, chunk of plywood with red painted letters:
"Price reduced
$800 takes it all
"

The sleds didn't look too old and the trailer didn't look too bad. Don't know if they're still there. I wonder how a snowmobile would do in a BattleTrax event. : )

Glitch, I read somewhere that KTM sells everything they build and floor space at one of the shows is expensive.

So if you plan to buy a KTM it sounds like they pass along the savings.
