I'd noticed alot of Bwb'rs curious about the Exhaust being used so thought alot of you might enjoy the side views too.I have a few closeups of certain areas i was asked not to post.....not that they were secret , just experimental. Some were cropped since there are usually alot of people working hard on these bikes.
Some real nice machine work....as an old machinist I appreciated that!
Tiny Transponders....(blue)
Thick Carbon fiber covers for cases.....very sturdy.

Did anyone notice the unequal collector pipe length and the "expansion chamber" on the rear collector pipe? Looks simple but I'll bet there was some late night thinking that went into that system. G |

Where can you get those catch bottles? |

They are Nalgene bottles with a grommet to hold tubing in. Got mine at a lab supplies house.Small vent drilled at top. For my X1 I used Brake fluid containers with the hose going in near the top and a small vent in the cap. Fits perfectly under the seat and sits at a good angle. |

wow, very nice, I liek that muffler its compact and fromt he design looks by placing it slighty behind the engine it should take soem heat away from it. Its nice to see the invations. keep it up buellers |

front fender, I wonder where that comes from. Its not the prettiest thing but I bet it cools that rotor down a heck of lot better than the stocker, which is the only fault I've heard about with the XB braking system... |

Isn't that a Flexiglass fender? Grandstand sells them. I don't think it makes a huge difference in the cooling, so I was told, but I do like the look. |

shoot wouldn't ya know it, I looked and there it was. I figured it was made that way to help in cooling, as it looks like it'd be heavier(maybe not though as its fiber instead of plastic) |
