While donning ATGATT before a ride yesterday, I notice a rattling bolt under the chin spoiler. Seems the front muffler strap broke recently. Spoiled my ride plans to be sure(spoil, get it?). I have a new one on order, but was curious if there were any special procedures for the install. Torque values? Loc-tite, high or medium strength? It may have been dangling down there for a couple hundred miles, is there anything else I should check? I have not seen any cracks around the header, so I guess that's good. Thx for the help.

There is a torquing sequence to follow involving all three straps, the front mount, and the muffler Torca clamp to the header. Sorry but I can't find my S/M...

Also check to make sure your front header nuts are still snug to the head, SNUG but not too tight. The studs can snap easily apparently!

I couldn't wait for the dealer to get me a strap when mine broke, replaced it with a air intake t-bolt clamp from my local truck supplies store, 5.75" I believe. Half the price and very available.
