What is an O.U.I.(Operating Under the Influence)? like a D.U.I.? I thought a D.U.I. is a lot more than one point on your record.

yes its under the influence. its operating under the infuence in maine instead of driving etc.

no its 6 points. i only have 1 point left for them to take before i loose my license.
my sportster i sold once i got my R was very fast, it was a different kind of fast then the R. itll pull ur arm sockets out. it was a lot more addictive. i wheelie on the R, on the sporty i just burnt rubber and hauled ass.

i was in the middle of building a 99" buell motor and i test drove the R and my output of the 99" would be the same hp but tq would blow the doors off the R. but i loved the R more. so i bought it. rant over lol

In CA a DUI is a 2-point infraction. I think he is referring to the 4-points in a 12-month period equaling to a suspended license. Probably has another ticket plus OUI, meaning he is one point from having license suspended...}

I see, well my dairyland insurance is pissing me off because I have 2 points "on" my record and they're charging me $1800 a year. Should I call them and complain, or what can I do to get them to lower my payment???
