I have read the deferent options for handlebars..I know this has been talked about. I just wanted an update WITH PICS. Has anyone changed there Uly handlebars? I sorta like the position I'm in when riding (besides being hammered by the wind), I just hate the crossbar and clutch cable in the way. There is alot of talking about this but not very many pics. thanks,James |

Check This thread Also, searching for renthal yields a ton of results. Someone here has renthal highs on their lightning, I was thinking about going with those or the renthal mediums from AMS (also has pics of various bends) |

Pro Tapers are another option. Many have used the Countour Raptor. Here's another thread http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/142 838/324585.html I just changed from the Raptor to the Pastrana FMX - lower and not as swept. Not sure what I think of them yet. At least they are not gold like the Raptors I had - but that is another issue. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/2/9/192/7287/ ITEM/Pro-Taper-Contour-Handlebar.aspx |

I'm using a set of Pro-Taper Fat Bar Charmichael bend on my Uly. I wanted a more forward leaning position and less pullback. |

I think I'd like a bar with the same height but less pull-back. I rode a 1200GS that felt about perfect to me. . |
