Looks like an M2 frame and front end(99 or newer based on the brace). |

I was told by someone in the Buell management that 742 X1W bikes were made in 2002, the guys at JetHot exhaust coatings said they thought that had to be a correct number because they originally were suppose to do the blue ceramic coat for 1000 sets of pipes, but did not do that many. |

Does the same thing apply to S3Ts as S2Ts? Last 4 digits of Vin #...? If so, my 2000 S3T is 0025....# 25 of 351? Just curious? Hb |

Funny . . I was digging through stuff yesterday and found the original photo that painting was done from. It was shot my Mary White, a member of a woman's riding group in Milwaukee, while visiting the Buell "factory" at 214 Jefferson. |
