I had a great time. Dyno Shoot Out run - Free Buell Liberty T - $20 Buell Liberty long sleeve embroidered T - $40 25 Years of Buell book signed by Dave and Court - Priceless My mileage was 155 one way from Hummelstown, PA where I rode from, plus I had another 130 miles one way in the truck to a friends shop I needed to pick a part up at for repair (That's why I didn't ride all the way) 370 miles total round trip. Fortunately, I was in the truck when I got rear-ended by a goofball coming home from the Penn State/Temple game. One of the times I was HAPPY to be in a cage. Buell was tied down safe and sound i the back of the truck-no harm done, whewww. I'll be needing it while the truck gets the bumper/tailgate/bedside replaced. |

My '04 Buell 12S, 17,000 miles pulled just shy of 88hp, stock motor, Race ECM and an Odie pipe. Wha'd anybody else pull? |

Chellum, it was well worth the ride to come up beautiful weather, good food and I got to meet Court and Dave, COOL! Thank you. If we were the southerners is was 348 round trip for us, no back roads all highway and toll roads the weather made it bearable. Ride on the sexy Orange Uly piece of cake! We will ride up again for future events. K |

SO let me ask you guys this. How often would you be down for demos, or some sort of Buelly event? Are demos enough to get ya down here from far far away, or does there need to be another draw, say, Court or Dave or Erik? Just curious. I'd like to do this more than once a year, but stuff is expensive, organization, blah blah. So I wanted to gauge interest. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to spout out to the world. ->ChelleM |

AND what else would you like to do or see? Bubba Blackwell type events? Mileage contests? Although I love you guys, I have to admin, for the first 30-something or so years of my life I lived the Harley lifestyle, so I'm a little at a loss as to what sort of events Buellers or Sport Bike folks enjoy. Wish we had some good riding roads, but we just plain don't. At least, not in the immediate vicinity. Thanks everyone for coming out and showing your support - it goes miles to see you guys around here... ->chelleM |

Well Demos/Food is enough for me to make the Ride. Heck most anything is enough for me to Ride a couple hundred miles Round Trip since I really enjoy riding (I could do without rt 17 and the GSP (I not used to getting passed while doing 90+ and all that traffic) ). I remember somewhere a saying. Harley Riders ride to the Party. Buell riders, the Ride *is* the party.. -Patrick Thanks again for a great saturday |

Michelle, It's a crappy 1 hour ride for me, I78 & then across all those slow town streets to to get to Rahway but it's always a pleasure to see Chris, Ant, Longhair and all the rest. You all always make me feel like family. I'd come for most any Buell event unless it was just Court. It might be nice to have a informal Buell ride some time. Seth used to lead them over at Edison HD before things got complicated. Maybe we could give that a try some time. Bubba Blackwell would definitely be cool too. |

Oh, one last thing. Buell riders DO NOT like to ride in formation, in line, in costume, following a bunch of rules! No offense to the HOG guys, but that's not where it's at for us |

I agree with Steve, I am up for any Buell event that you guys have. I had a good time in the spring when you had the Race Day. A nice informal group ride would be fun too. As for the Demo's I always enjoy riding the new bikes, the CR was awesome, and it is definitely in my near future. I do have a few comments about the Demo's but I will PM you about that. |

Michelle, I get to work the Demo truck when it comes to Baltimore and, the main mission was to get book signed you all are the closest I know of to see Court, Dave, and Eric. I would come up for Bubba I have been trying to make one of his shows for a while but the parking lot and classroom keeps my schedule busy! Then down here in Maryland we have a thing called Sportfest at the Williamsport HD dealer they have had Battle Trax in the past or something similar to it with Buell demos and they also invite other Metric dealers to bring demo bikes as well. Food, vendors. This is always in the springtime every year. We've also had Total Control come to local HD dealer Open houses to do a body position, mental state, 10 steps to cornering seminar as well. Tracy Martin usually does the seminar and he is very good. You all are doing great up at Liberty. I will visit again and hope to get to know some of you up there in NJ. The Bad web sign up is neat we actually get to see Bad web IDs come with faces and bikes! I totally enjoyed the ride up and meeting Court and Dave, and last year Eric Buell. K |

I do have a few comments about the Demo's but I will PM you about that. By all means, PM me and let me know, but I think I know what you're going to say. I heard a bit of "feedback" that day too. Hopefully you at least got to ride the bike or bikes you wanted to. Sunday - man we were wide open. Hard to compete with Rolling Thunder NJ. Does battletrax still exist? I haven't heard anything about it in a really long time. We were also thinking of some sort of seminar or something with Team Promotion for Track Days/classes. How 'bout that? Mostly discussion stuff - nowhere to really use applied teaching. ->ChelleM |

A day off and a direction to point to, is all the reason I need to ride. To make it to see you, I would probably need a week. It would be great to get the Demo truck out on the left (out) side of the nation, so I maybe picking your brains for some pointers and contacts. Sounds like I missed a great time. Thanks for all your hard work ChelleM |

I am probably in agreement with Northernyankee as to the Demo ride comments as we discussed this subject on Saturday. All in all you folks put on great events that always makes you feel you are at home with old friends. Also kudos on the the great selection of Buell Apparel, always nice to see that stuff on the shelves and not covered in dust off in some corner as I have seen elsewhere.

Michelle, the Total Control seminar is held in a classroom or similar setting Tracy uses Power Point to aid in his presentation. He can use a bike for a static demo for Body position. In 2006 I went down to the Kevin Schwantz school and really didn't understand the whole hang off the bike thing then went to Total Control and it was a " AHA So that's how its done" moment. Tracy also does a really good suspension set up on the bike, after I took his class I was in the garage one day bouncing my bikes, X1, XB down to see how worn the front suspension was, X1 needs a upgrade! Battle Trax ran into insurance issues from what I hear, but I have seen similar events run at 2 places the AMA womens conference and at Sport Fest. Reg Kitterell was not running those. I think Blaine Smith ran it at Willaimsport HD and a bunch of ladies set up and ran the event at the AMA conference in 2006. If you have any questions on how to set up a similar Battle Trax like event PM me. I wanted to do the NJ Motorsports Inside pass day but it was sold out before I had a chance to sign up The team Promotion thing would be neat I would like to ride the track up there. K |

The informal track day I did with Chris, Ant and Tim at the new NJMP was great. We could do more of that for sure. Any kind of class or demo on how to to improve track day performance would be cool. Some lessons on stunting would be a blast too. |

Your program almost had me riding up from the eastern shore of Maryland. I figure about 400 mi. round trip, less if I take a ferry. I was wavering Sat. morning and then got a phone call offering free skybox for Nascar Nationwide Series at Dover. Please don't hold it against me! Would have loved to get my book signed, demos are always good and so is food and drink. Demos can be found closer to home so having Court and Dave, dyno runs and other extras make the trip more inviting. Being motorheads we like noise and action. Any motorsport thrown in is a bonus. Knowing you stock Buell gear is also a draw for me. Keep up the good work, dealers with enthusiastic help are ones who get my dollars. SteveH(hope to see you at the next event) |

Thanks for putting on a great event! I picked up my 25 years book, and got it signed by the authors. (the pic of Dave & Court on the first page shows my betrothed hand holding the book while I was talking with them). My son liked to see all the bikes, now he's telling me he wants an XB12R. You definitely handle the Buell brand MUCH better than some other dealers I've visited. The normal location for Buell items is under / behind something else. I've had to explain what an M2 was more than once at an unnamed dealer's parts counter, I doubt I'd have that issue at your place. Ben |

Glad you had fun Benm2 - but I don't see you on our signin sheet!!! Came up from Philly I assume? I'm originally from South Jersey, so we used to head to South Street all the time. I miss Philly - compared to NY ya know? I just always knew my way around there... Anyway, glad you could make it! ->chelleM |
