Does anyone know if the swingarm needs to be removed to change remove the fuel pump assy on an 06 cityx? I need to change my low fuel sensor and I don't want to give my bike to the (incompetent) dealer. Thnks. |

you can try to lift the bike at the engine and then remove the rear shock. Raise the bike and see if the swing arm lowers enough out of the way. You may also need to remove the belt. |

The SM for my '08 says no. Does advise to remove the idler pulley for the belt, and to remove the lower shock bolt, then lower the wheel/swingarm. There is a caution about not damaging the oil lines by lowering the swingarm too far. |
