My Uly now has 10K miles.
Changed oil at first service to Mobil 1 V twin, it used a little oil at the next change [2.5K later] but I didn't have to add any. I hasn't used any since. I always change at 2.5K.
Installed a K&N air filter and re-routed the breather hoses there isn't any blow by in the filter area.
Installed a Drummer/ECM reflashed and had it Dyno'd, runs terrific even at low speed.
Changed the rear tire at 6.2K front is still good. (what's with those rear tires?)
No issues at all with the bike, always starts, very reliable.
Fuel consumption: when riding with sport bikes 43-45 mpg, The Bemmer bunch 52 +/-, road today with some cruisers around the lake [Okeechobee] about a constant 50 mph. It got 66 mpg.
The Uly really is a terrific bike, sooo much fun! And feels at home with all my ridding buddies no mater what type of bike/ridding they do.
This thing will do anything, well it doesn't like to drift or power slide on shell rock roads when turning right [it falls down], it does great going left, must be something wrong with the bike, couldn't be me could it [ha!]
The tires will last to about 12K, then Michelin Pilot road 2 tires.
Thanks, everyone for all of the info that's available on BadWeb

What is the oil change interval per the manual?

5k, but they recommend more often if you ride in severe conditions. The list of severe conditions includes temperatures over 80F or cold weather.
