Anyone know of a store bought paint that is a match (or very close) to the Uly orange? Have a few idea's I'd like to try, but haven't had any luck locating the paint.
Thanks

Any automobile paint store should be able to match the color.
The last time I had a custom color matched, the paint store packaged it in an aerosol spray can...

The reason there is no paint code for the Barricade Orange is that none of the parts are painted. The flyscreen and airbox cover are molded plastic and the seat is dyed leather/vinyl.

It is a do-able color. I make it on my color mixing machine and adjust it by eye, but there is no code, and the paints I use are professional stuff that requires other components that make it impossible to send out to potential customers.

The best idea that I can think of, is the same as Teeps. Maybe a paint store can make some for you.

I was unsuccessful getting the local auto paint shop to scan my Sterling Silver 100th anniv. V-Rod today. They said they need a minimum of a 4" by 4" flat area to do it. Ain't no motorcycle I know, 'cept maybe perhaps a Boss Hoss, got a 4" by 4" flat area... Maybe in more civilized areas there are shops with better capabilities...

Anybody know how I can get a pint of Sterling Silver for my V-Rod?

Sorry to bring H-D into this, but tomorrow I will definitely ride my XT-BOLT to make up for it! Keys are already where they need to be,

In order to not steal this thread, I think Etennuly has experience with something that matches pretty well - in a spray can IIRC.
