Folks...I can't believe that the best laid plans of mice and men/women are finally coming to fruition. The next two weeks are going to be the most exciting moments ever seen in this part of the country and I am glad I am here to participate in it. Everyone ride safe and bring your camera. The locals will bend over backwards to help you have a great time. | ||

I made it! I'm in Milwaukee (Brown Deer, actually). I got soaked by thunderstorms, sunburned at the Peoria TT (a fantastic race), interviewed for the news on the Peoria TV station (channel 31) "Why would you ride a motorcycle 1200 miles, when you could take a car, and be more comfortable?", and arrived last night. Newfie (and all you other long distance riders), I hope your trip is as much fun and as adventurous as mine has been so far. | ||
