I just got my new Harley Big Bore Intake and got everything bolted up but I'm not sure what to do about the breather. It came with 2 banjo bolts, hose and a little chrome filter. Where should I mount the filter? Any help would be appreciated. I know there is tons of info on this but no one ever seems to come to a consensus on the right way to to do this. |

There is no "Right" way to do it exactly. As long as the filter is on the end, and it's not kinked, it'll work fine. Stick it wherever you think it looks best and be done! Some do argue to only let the hoses flow downhill. Got a picture of the intake? (Message edited by Mikef5000 on March 15, 2008) |

Yeah I can get a picture of the bike soon. I really like how it turned out for the price. |

It came with everything needed to install it, breathers and hoses, and it was fairly cheap ($150). Plus, I got a free silver filter because I found an error on the website and informed him about it. I cant seem to figure out how to get the picture on here again. I have the pictures in photobucket I just cant get the image link to work. |

Thanks alot for posting the pictures, any advice on how to get the pics to come up, not just the links? Oh, and I just combined the breathers through a T and ran the hose out near the swingarm without the filter. Took it out for a few miles and it seemed to work alright. |
