Now if they made the Blast-ard, I would ride it. Might need a few more ponies to haul me around though. |

That's a decent job of it, if you have to go that way...they even took the time to do a decent job of matching the wheel design and color. I looked at those when it looked like my only option to get back on a bike, and you'd be surprised how many poorly designed trikes are out there with solid axles (no differential) very little suspension and therefore poor cornering, and how many overlook details like wheel design... Then again maybe you wouldn't since you did post a pic of this one |

I wonder what exhaust is on that trike. I heard a rumor. I said rumor. Nothing more, nothing less. That being said... 1125 Street Fighter (their definition, not mine). I'm just wondering how you get that with the side radiators. It's got a more "Buellish" fly screen, and a seat close to the S. The Blast will remain unchanged. Now before anyone gets their tail out of joint and tells me I know not what I say. I already know that. I also know what I have passed on is a rumor, take it for what it's worth. A rumor. |

A fully-faired repli-racer type version of the 1125R? A fully-faired, limited-production 1195RR Racing version of the 1125R? An 800cc middleweight class version of the 1125R? A 450cc class competition dirt bike? |

I too just heard a rumour. Came via international phone call from the US. Buell are monitoring this site, and taking on board Rocket's comments. I also know what I have passed on is a rumor, take it for what it's worth. A rumor. Rocket |

Does anyone remember specifically how the XB9R /XB9S introductions went? IIRC, the XB9R came out ~January 2002 as a late 2002 model. The XB9S came out in ~July 2002 as a 2003 model. I'm just thinking if they follow that model we won't see anything new before July. |

The winter dealer meeting is coming up... that is usually the time that they let a few cats out of the bag. That is what they did last year at the summer dealer meeting with the Dirt 450cc bike. I hear tell that there is a new Harley "Rocker" for 2008, that maybe on the road before spring is over! |

Panhead dan, The round thing next to the oil cooler is officially know as a "Road fund licence" holder, more commonly know as a tax disc holder, & holds, yes you guessed, a disc that says you've paid your road tax, severe penalties for using on public roads without. It's another way the UK government use to empty your pockets. Details of tarifs here. http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/OwningAVehicl e/HowToTaxYourVehicle/DG_10012524 |

I think the BLAST (the single most reliable product to ever come from a HD company) has tons of potential. |

Japs have beaten Buell to the v-twin quad already. BUT, I think it would be an excellent motor for a quad! ( XB12) Or even an older tuber motor. Would have to be fan assist cooling or water cooled. Lots of torque and power down low with a luggable mid and somewhat explosive top. I think I want one. |

If Honda XR-650's are representative of Japanese durability on air cooled large displacement motors, then Buell is *way* ahead of the curve. Everybody talks about how reliable their Honda is... funny that I have known three people with three different XR-650's, and I repaired bad solder joints in two of them (same place... the second time I looked like a ***genius***). Two of the three needed engine rebuilds at 15k miles, the third was making pretty scary knocking sounds at 20k (but still running). The Hondas are great bikes, but they aren't magic. Just like Buells. |

My friend viewed an SP1 just today with 30,000 miles on the clock. Was in fine condition for a 6 year old bike. Not bad for ceramic cylinders eh. Rocket |
