As documented elsewhere, I took a tumble that included sliding for an unknown distance (perhaps 66 feet at an average of 4 mph according to my GPS track). The Hepco-Becker side case did a wonderful job of minimizing damage to the bike and, to some extent, injuries to me. I would like to patch the area that slid because it is now MUCH thinner than the surrounding area. Maybe even put some sheet metal under the patch. What product or products would be suitable for this? Of course, I would like something that is close to color matched.
