Ishai, I see on your Profile that you are new to the ULY world. How do you like it compared to the BMWs? |

Ishai That wasn't me (2006 Black Uly) but I make it up to Thurmont from time to time. I'll be out of town Nov 8-18 but after that maybe you could show me some of those roads |

Ishai - that's John, I sold him that bike about a month ago. Don't think he's on the boards yet, but I did give him the link. Next time he's in I'll be sure to remind him about the boards |

Hi Guys- thanks for the responses. Joe- thanks.Electraglider- I have the Ully since end of marc 07 and the BMW have not been ridden since. It's up for sale. The uly is the most refined raw bike I ever had the pleasure of ownoing. It's a much better tool for my kind of riding. Absoloutly love it inspite of some issues I have. It roasts my butt in summer and I get a consistent 40 mpg best is maybe 41. I am a BIG guy and ride with Caribou luggage all the time. Midnightrider- I'll be happy to. When you're back shoot me a pm and we can go. |

Hey Joe Believe it or not, after all the fussing I did, I still haven't gotten it back on the road yet. I did get the sliders installed and the HVMP bar end weights should get here tomorrow. My new registration came in the mail yesterday. I've gotten new boots, a new lid, and a good idea where to get the gloves I want locally. My nephew, on the other hand, remains in a coma. They can't explain why he isn't waking up. The wife goes back to NY tomorrow to support her sister. I'm off Tuesday and if the weather stays dry I will try to make a run up you way with the lights. |
