The Flori-duh contingent should be arriving around 10 pm Thurs nite. If we are much latter then that, we will stay in Dalonaga and show up early Fri AM. Fri am around 9, we plan to be side stands up for a Wolf Pen Gap go-round and back to T.W.O. FB, I am sure there will be people through-out the day on Sat making multiple Wolf Pen Gap laps. Going up Blood Mountain on US 129 from the south is one of the best rides!!! For most of the way up it is 2 lanes going up, with banked semi-tight and tight curves!! | ||

paint, at one time you said that you might have room on your trailer for another bike. is that still possible. we're trying to find my buddy a trailer to use so he can bring his m2 up from brandon(never took a real trip before) if it's possible for a hookup can you let me know. | ||

Weather forecasts have improved dramatically today! I don't care if it hails fireballs... I'm still coming. I'm going to try to set up camp by Thursday and hopefully stay til Monday afternoon. Never, We abandoned the trailer idea and the bikes will be in the back of the truck. We are able tow a trailer if you can find one and get it to near Ocala. | ||

paint, that's the problem he's having right now as far as finding a trailer that he could tow. mine's up here with me in chattanooga. i was kinda hoping that he would try and ruff it and ride it up here but he's pretty soft core when it come's to touring. i think the furthest he's ever gone was from tampa to daytona and that was last year. thanks for the response, hope to see you there this weekend. | ||

Neil, if he rode from Tampa to Daytona on I4 during bike week tell him riding to North Georgia is a cake walk. I walked my City-X from Lakeland to Daytona in '05, never got my feet up for 80 miles and never went over 8 mph. Orlando was under construction. Yes, if you figure that out it is 10 hours on I4 walking the bike. It was a clear sunny day that the temperature hung around 85F, on the running bike and the heat from the pavement it was a little warmer. I only hit one spot where I could shut it off and coast for a couple of miles. | ||

eten, even i have enough sense when to get off the expressway, especially down there at that time cause i surely would't have walked my bike no further than the next exit and got off. we had that coming back from there a couple years ago with buellistic, and that was just one more reason why i have no more reasons to go over there for anything. |
