when i brake at higher speeds there is a little looseness in the front end. what could it be. i haven't looked to closely at it as i am now 4 hours from my bike and thought i could try and think it out before looking at it when i get home. could it be the top of the fork where it connects to the frame. maybe the bearings are shot? also, what do i need to do to get my 5000 mile service in. thanks |

Steering head loose, or front brake rotor mounts come to mind. |

steering head is a very likely culprit. |
