Please tell me I would no longer have to pull out a torx bit (or allen key / screw driver) to get the riders seat off the bike............. tell me it is done using the ignition key.

Hmmm I'm kinda curious about that as well.
Looking at the bike it looks like screws the same as the Firebolt.
But.. the battery is now in the back under the pillion so I reckon it's just a matter of popping off the passenger pillion to get to the battery.

I totally forgot to look & see if the seat has to come off to get to the preload adjuster on the rear shock while I was at Laguna Seca .
There was at least a dozen things I wanted to check on but I was in such awe of the bike that I spaced out on all of it : )

Any response from an Anomy would be mucho appreciated.

The new place for the battery is great.
The bike in general is in my opinion, the coolest bike ever made.
