I sent my 06 uly (8400 mildly aggressive miles)to St.Paul Buell because I noticed oil dripping on my muffler and to the floor, They say it is from the vertical weld on the swingarm and are replacing it free of charge(thank you for a 2 yr. warranty), has anyone else had similar problems and should I expect to see this happen to the new swing arm?
Looking at ebay there are at least five other swing arms for sale as of this post, could these suffer the same demise as my part?

Mine leaked at the pivot point and was replaced free under the extended warranty.

Does anyone know if this problem has been fixed in the manufacturing of the replacement part?
