I have an oil like subsentence coming of the top of my header, also i just rebuilt the engine and painted it black and this subsentence is eating that away. any thought would help.

Top of my header....as in; at the exhaust port, or at the muffler junction? Post some pix if you can!

exhaust port the bike is in my buddy shop i cant get a pic sorry

Exhaust port; likely the source is a leaking rockerbox cover gasket. If it's actually leaking out of the pipe at the head, you may have a bad valve guide.
