I have ordered my M2 bible - but it is not here yet. I HAVE to change tires NOW - does anyone have the M2 bible? I need to know torque numbers for all the bolts that come off - pinch bolts for front axle and torque on rear axle nut.

front axle pinch screw 13-15 ft-lbs
front axle nut 48-53 ft-lbs Loctite blue (243)
rear axle nut 66-73 ft-lbs
