i just found out my wife has an open house she needs to be at on sunday. i need to be home from 12-4pm. kinda messes up my day but i gots to be here with the kids. i can play early day or late day.
edit:
just watched the weather and saturday is looking real nice just going to be hot.
is sat. good for you? play it by ear?

I'm ready to ride NOW.Time to punch out and quit the workday and RIDE. My wife called and told me she's suited up and ready.Dunno if that's a good thing,she's slooooww sometimes,'cept when in fast company,we'll see.Anyone else up to ride?
It's hot,i may dress down,but will stay hydrated throughout the day.  |

I'll be back tomorrow night. I land in Boston ~3pm. I should be ready to go between 5-6. It's been 2 weeks, I'm dying to ride.......

I'm tired/fatigued.Unexpectedly spun off about 200 miles yesterday.On schedule,would've been more like 125.I think i'll chill out today....MMmmmmm |

Thanks for the ride Ducxl! good time for sure. tired when i got home and ended up going to the drive-in with the kids. saw Monster House...Good, Funny movie.!!

Same here....next time you'll pick the route.Although,that ride around the Scituate and Quaddick reservoirs' and maybe Wallum/Pulaski could still work.THERE'S some twisties |

Sunday would need to be the ridding day for me. I have to go to my nieces b-day party on the cape this saturday. I'm sure it will be an all day thing. I will keep ya posted.
Want to do a BEAR MOUNTAIN run last weekend of the month? I think weekend of 26th.-27th.? |

Sunday seems the day for riding.ERIC!!! I'm working saturday morn.Sunday is best for me too.Can we organise/meet up at Lowells' restaurant on Sunday morning around 8-8:30? Where are we riding? West to Webster,south to Pulaski,around Scituate reservoir,north to Tuffys? I'm no leader this time,where we goin'? ARE we goin'?? |

Ducxl I am shooting to be riding on sunday. will meet ya at Lowell's. I have developed a little skip in the motor that seems to be getting worse. 
I am checking it out tomorrow when I return from the cape. If I can't find it I guess I will beat it till it submits to failure.
I may be down (unsure) this weekend depending on what I find.

You are more than welcome to attend. You can bring your wife, ultimately that is up to you. We ride our own ride and if one falls behind we wait at the end of the road/intersection for them, no biggie.
Although I do not recomend riding hard with the wife on the rear if she is anything like mine. MY RIBS STILL HURT!

This is a mapquest link to Lowell's in....it's either South Milford or Bellingham Massachusetts.Great breakfast,at the intersections of "Cape rd./Bellingham st./Mendon st." I believe it's South Milford and think it's actually on rt. 140.
But it IS at the intersections stated above.
Please sound off if you're riding,we should meet at between 8:30-9:00 am tommorrow(Sunday).Women??? I was planning leaving my wife and her bike behind,but if others are going we'll have two groups(slow/fast)that will maintain the group at intersections.I'm hoping this happens,could be a fun ride |

It is also mostly centrally located for most of us.I'm coming from Bristol RI if this happens.Should be easy for others to map too.
Also...for me anyways,it'll be about a 150-200 mile day tops.

What time are you leaving your house?? I'm in Taunton and can meet and ride with you up to Lowell's. Bristol is about 20 minutes from me.
What route do you take? I can also meet you on the way there. Let me know.
I just don't want you guys waiting for me to get there just in case I get lost.

Lowell's..as in Lowell's family farm restaurant.....in Bellingham Mass.Click the link above Buellinblack,you should also consider maybe 395n to Webster Mass. and go rt.16 east to either Uxbridge or Milford/Bellingham.See also the link above and "zoom" out for perspective. Damnut,maybe you can take 24s accross 195w continue onto 24s to 114 north into Bristol.You'll be about 45 minutes from me.And we plan on leaving here by 8am the latest.tentatively.......i'll be watching for participants.ERIC! |

Although....Damnut,you'd be best served (after reviewing the mapquest link above)taking 495n from Taunton to exit#18 and go south from there.If you read my related post with the maplink you can notice the referenced roads.C'mon man you DID take the "landnav" course didn't 'cha??? |

Yea you would figure that from all the traveling that I do that I would be pretty good at navigating through directions. Although that is very true I do have times were I can't even find my way (especially in the morning) out of the house. I just didn't want tomorrow to be one of those days. I usually like to sleep in on Sundays.
Yea I looked at that route and I'll meet you guys there. I was just trying to get out of mapping the route to get there.

No problem,EITHER way.If you were intent on meetin in Bristol that'd be ok.I'll be alone,my wife doesn't want to ride.I may use her 12r,dunno yet.I'll leave here about 7:45 and plan on making Lowell's at 8:30a |

DAMN-IT I OVER SLEPT!!! ......sorry guys I'll have to catch up next time, I gotta meet everyone I feel like the only one out here though I did meet/see this guy last week on Thayer st in Prov that just bought an 06 Firebolt
But I haven't heard from him, anyhow thats besides the point you guys are the ones that I've been talking with so I have to meet everyone before the summers over. so let me know when everyone is gonna ride again together or individually. |

Well the bike is all apart. Found no schafed wires while rotating the engine.(This was actually easy and only took 1 hour for my first time).
I will go out tonight and peak around under the fairing to see if i can find anything unusual.
I hope this isn't one of them electrical gremlins that become hard to find. i should have the new plugs/wires from Al in today when i get home.
I'm sure i will be up and running this week sometime. |
