"02" M2 when on the kick stand and running she will slide all the way down the drive ( from vibrations). Have a bunch of long scrape lines down the drive. Will a rubber foot or something I can put on the bottom of the kick stand stop this?? | ||

1) Maybe hire a contractor and have your driveway re-configured to have a nice level spot to warm up the bike on! They can get rid of those ugly stripes on the drive, too! or 2) Put a stick thru the front wheel that will keep it from rolling. or 3) Pop a wheel chock behind the rear tire while it sits idling. or 4) Turn off the bike, go to the computer and tell us all to quit giving you smart-••• answers to your perfectly valid question! I like Al's answers LOL But in all reality, I have a few bricks by the front of my garage. Throw one under the rear or front tire depending on which way she is rollin. OR You can get a clamp to hold the front brake on so she don't roll... | ||

Mine walks around too... What I have started doing...fire it off..roll it down the drive way, into the street, behind my truck, and back the rear wheel against the curb... Its safe behind the truck...and teh curb keeps it from going somewhere... Chase | ||

mine does the Buell Boogey -- I either point it uphill or put a hunk of velcro round the brake lever rubber on the stand foot might work -- worth a try, anywho | ||

The driveway dance is something a Buell does well. Jam your foot under the rear wheel. Let the rear tire rub up against the side of the neighbors car. Neighbors Cat works well. Kids in the neighborhood love to hold the brake for you. Duct Tape on the handlebar. | ||

how about a rubber band or hair tie to hold the front brake on... just slide it toward the bar mount when you are ready to depart. | ||

That's what I do on my mountain bike to keep it from toppling over when I lean it on something. I cut up old innertubes and make my own rubber bands. |
