hey All,
Does anyone have anypicks of there set up on an S3T for maximum lugage capacity. I was thinking of buying a rear rack with bag to increase my storage for a move to CA from Florida. Also do you know of any better / bigger side bags that would work? I have the smaller panneled bags and heard they dont make S3T side bags anymore (plus they are a bit cheezzy compared to some solid looking tourtek bags)

I was also looking for a tank bag too if anyone has had good luck with one of those.
thanks in advance

Actually I am not sure how true that is about not having the bags anymore. It may take a long time to get them but I believe that they will still sell you the bags. I called this past friday to complain about the fact that the bags I replaced apx 10k ago have cracked again. They told me that they sell both the inner bag and the outer deep shell but I will take apx six to eight weeks to obtain the bags. All of this information is from Buell not a dealer.

I hope this helps.

Hey your bike looks great. Im getting ready to do a big move from FL to CA Do you think the extended windshield makes a huge difference for long distence trips? That would help out a great deal to know. Also if you have a tank bag, Is a huge tortek tank bag practicle on the road or would a medium size tank bag easier?
I'll try to get intouch with buell and see what they can do about the sidebags.

Thanks so much for your help i thought this was just going to be a deadend Question.

Hey sorry for the delayed response on this but for me the taller windscreen worked well for me. I am sure that others may not agree but I am apx 6' and I just needed something that would push the air over my head. The stock screen seemed to direct the air right on my chin.

I hope this helps. Have a good trip! Be safe.
