Well we went out to the strip.We waited a bit for you guys(Fiery,CJ and company).Seen some nice runs.Wes was there running but as a owner instead of a rider.He was coaching his girl friend  maybe I'm wrong on riding his X1 to some awesome times...I was impressed Wes.Also CJ I'm suppose to tell you this is your fault that he's not running his bike.He said CJ doesn't even need to be around anylonger and I'm in trouble and can't ride Grrrrrr!!!   | ||

Jamie are dealer sponsor was even out there.Also was Ukes with there orange Buell that I finally got to see run after hearing for the last 2 1/2 years on how fast it was.Well I wasn't impressed it was clicking off mid 11 et's that Lea was kicking but on and she's only ridden Wes's bike a couple times.Heres one shot of the Ukes bike on the right.  | ||

Cool Pictures Dana! Yea, the curse of CJ caught up to me yet again...she must have been near Road America on 6/11/05.... Leah (friend thats a girl...) is definitely doing good on the buell! she ended up doing a best of 11.22 at 122mph and is really learning to get the bike down the track well. The best I've done is a 10.76 at 123mph so the fact that she is already as fast mph-wise after only 7 or 8 passes probably means she's going to beat my ET any day. That bike has been great...it made its 400th pass last night with no mechanical problems other than a clutch last year (that was my fault....). Hope to see you guys out there next time! I think Jason was just itching to get out there again! | ||

Yeah, I was seriously thinking about running. I'm thinking I'll head out there next week and just see if I can get a launch figured out. If I'm able to get anything remotely close to some consistency, I'll probably run (and get killed in) the next shootout. Leah was looking great out there. If she's gets too good she'll probably bump you off the seat of your own bike so you better heal up quick Wes! I really would love to see the snowmobile throttle though... | ||

Well CJ, your probably right although I still like blaming all my physical maladies on you...It was good seeing all you guys and I hope to see everyone soon again! The Union grove people are really trying to market this Harley shootout night (check out harleyshootout.com) and have a neat little bar and everything down there now. Would be cool to get the whole gang down there next time. Go for it Jason! Its all about having fun anyhow...After seeing you ripping it up at Blackhawk, this drag stuff should be a piece of cake for you! Let me know if you are going down there next week and I'll try and show up too...maybe testing the snowmobile throttle/ hand in cast drag race technique! If nothing else, come on down for the next Harley shootout in two weeks... I actually had a great time last night in my team owner role...it was cool seeing Leah get faster every run out there, plus it was kind of cool to actually see and hear my bike going down the track. Plus I could have a beer too! With the pain killers I'm on, I'm a pretty cheap date... | ||

Uwgriz I have a possible offer for you on my bike I am looking at trading it in on another bike (not a buell a road glide) and I know that you like alot of things on mine. For more info give me a call at (262)705-4401 ASAP. We are waiting to hear from the dealership but we should have an answer on Monday. Not being a stranger Dana, just been busy lately. Work finally picked up again, so that's keeping me busy. Getting ready for the Track Day on the 2nd, so we'll be missing the open house. Having the usual miss my family in Arizona/I hate this place blues, so that's keeping me depressed. Karri's riding my @ss to move to Arizona (which I'm all for). Still can't figure out if it's that she likes my family that much, or can't stand hers anymore. I think it's a little of both. Jason, are you doing the Track Day on the 2nd? Let me know so we can set up near each other. I'm bringing an EZ-UP, a Canopy, a generator and an Industrial Floor Fan (Not the huge ones though). If it's hot, I don't want to be. I'm also brining my 5 Gallon water cooler full of Gatoraid and ice. You can dump it over my head after I kick your @ss on the Track.  Better yet, I think we'll just drink it. Still thinking about having a Cookout maybe like the 2nd or 3rd weekend in July if anyone is interested. Everyone invited including kids. My new tires (Pilot Powers) were supposed to be delivered Saturday, but didn't make it. I hope they show up tomorrow and someone, hopefully Racine H-D/Buell will have time to throw them on before the weekend so I can scuff them in. | ||

Reasons to leave Wisconsin: Zippin' around in a street legal Golf Cart.  Ride bikes YEAR ROUND!!!  Karri LOVES it there!  Train the next Tiger Woods.  Views from the County Club my Dad live on.  Close to Newport Beach and some AWESOME skim boarding.  BUT most of all, cause I miss the HELL out of my family. Reasons to stay in Wisconsin: No rattle snakes, no scorpions, no huge cliffs to fall off of, and everything is green (not just the country clubs). I do have to admit, it is beautiful down there but I'm just not too into rock and sand everywhere. Oh and we like you guys...don't go. BTW where did ya come up with the red Ninja, it's not yours... is it? | ||

Dyna we have had rattlesnakes here for a long time.They are called Timber rattlers.Not seen to much and nowhere even close as dangerous as others but yes it is venomous.No humans have been bit by one in Wisconsin but live stock,cats and dogs have.Not many deaths with animals either.Interesting though isn't it. | ||
