Does anyone know how deep the holes in the head are supposed to be for the exhaust studs? If they're not all the same, then the one I'm specifically interested in is the upper hole on the front cylinder.

I looked at the replacement studs I had in hand, and then looked at the other head to see how far they stick out, and used that as my target depth.

Thats what I'm doin too. However, I think I'm past the broken original stud and into base metal by looking at the hole, and its still not deep enough when I compare it to the neighbors that are sticking out. Are all the holes the same depth?
