A lock nut was dropped in the primary at the factory and it sat in there till one day it was kicked up into the primary chain and locked up the motor and back wheel at 55MPH.... a handfull of clutch and a prayer and it turned out fine. Other than that just a starter and tail light assembly.

Why I do/don't ride a Buell: |
I bought my S1 new in 1996 and since then I have had and rode many bikes and none have kept my attention like the Buell....Because of that I tell people I will never sell my tuber but one day when I can't ride anymore I will lean it over, put a piece of glass on it and make it my table in my family room and I can sit and remember all the good times it gave me......and the scary ones.
