Problems/Miles (Please be specific): | It drank oil from the day I bought it(3000km). Eventually (16,000km) a year later I had to have the valve seals replaced ($1200) as it would surge and wouldnt idle due the valves not seating properly. Intake seals 15,000km Primary case clutch inspection rim snapped of resulting in new '06 primary cover. Stator burnt out Headlight paint flaking off. |

Why I do/don't ride a Buell: | torque at any revs combined with great handling make for a great street bike. |
How can Buell improve their motorcycles?: | Get rid of the Torx bolts. Choose either metric or imperial bolts (not both) for the whole bike. Fix and brighten the Firebolt headlights. Fix the front vibrating rotor. |
