|
Problems/Miles (Please be specific): |
16,000 Miles
First ride of the year, Bike ran great, next day Bike will start, but won't idle and dies after a few seconds. Changed the spark plugs, air filter, battery, TPS reset, and nothing. Not seeing any trouble codes either.

Why I do/don't ride a Buell: |
Father used to work at Buell in supplier quality. One of his friends was getting rid of his Buell Lightning for a CBR600R, but wanted to give it to someone he knew so he gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. Not necessarily what I would recommend for a first bike, but get past the jerky powertrain and it's a really nice handling motorcycle. I've definitely had a lot of fun with it over the past five years.
|
How can Buell improve their motorcycles?: |
Smoother powertrains, lighter weight. Something to compete with the Ninja 400 at the racetrack would be cool.
