Why I do/don't ride a Buell: |
Wanted a versatile standard model with comfort, character, handling, Light Weight, good roll-on perf, ability to seat two w minimal fuss.Bought a 2001 M2L then sold it and got a 1125CR. Sold the 1125CR 2/12 bought an XB12XT 5/12 The CR was comfortable, lots of power. But I didn't even get out the dealership parking lot and turn signals went out. Then it needed ECM flashed. Reading about all the electrical troubles was disconcerting. As of Feb 2012 I'm shopping for another Buell with an American engine.

How can Buell improve their motorcycles?: |
I liked the XL engined bikes better than the Rotax engined Buell. We'll see what EBR does. Hopefully his bikes won't have so many warranty issues in the future.
