Performance Mods!: | Progrip gel grips (a must), K&N Airfilter. Bike's still under warranty, holding out til May '04 before I do any real cutting. |
Problems/Miles (Please be specific): | L/F turn signal vibrated off, 10 miles Battery wouldn't hold charge, replaced with new (warranty), 150 miles Had recalls fixed i.e., sidestand and new wheel bearing seals replaced, 200 miles. Tail-light/brake-light bulb burned out/replaced with Walmart bulb which works great, 2200 miles. Blown ignition fuse, 15 watt, used spare in fusebox to fix, 2400 miles. |

Why I do/don't ride a Buell: | I do because they're the funnest bikes made, and they're American. They have the most usable powerband ever devised. |

Life History/Philosophy: | In the Army since 19. Seen and done some incredible things. Worked with some of the finest people in the world. Raced Motocross in my teens, now I sometimes pretend I'm street racing in my 30s. Enjoy it while you can. |
