Performance Mods!: | I Converted the XBmill in the BOTT to an S1 40mm Keihin CV, using the ALTMANN MICRO MACHINES AMM-P3 ignition module that only requires the crank position sensor for all timing/advancing calculations. It works great! CVs are so forgiving. |
Problems/Miles (Please be specific): | All the problems I have had with my XB are things I caused @c@. |
Other Mods/Misc/Customization.: | Buelltooth Air pressure sensor addition and Jet-Hot coat header on Ss. Made my Ss into an Sst, then a Uly seat made it my favorite all-a-rounder. |
Favorite Rides (Roads and Routes): | Utah. And in Western Maryland, any backroads that don't have numbers and with "Church" or "Mill" in their name - all rollercoaster and very little traffic |
Why I do/don't ride a Buell: | Because Erik Buell is a righteous dude, man, and because do I really have to explain it to YOU? |
How can Buell improve their motorcycles?: | By staying in business! I know that sounds flippant, but I wish there were enough people that loved his bikes like we do to keep him in business. |
Life History/Philosophy: | Life is too long to ride a crappy motorcycle. ...might have to start selling drugs to support my Buell habit. |
Top speed on 2 wheels (mph): | 136mph indicated |
Preferred engine oil (brand/grade): | Amsoil |
