Welcome, Nice collection of bikes, it's good to see a guy who has control of his home life enough to have 2 small children and still manage to have three motorcycles! |

Hello everyone. Have been watching and listening here for quite awhile. Since I am the one who picked out most of the routes for the Colorado fest rides I thought I'd introduce myself. Kim Beres, I'm 44 and have been riding since I was 17. And live in Breckenridge Co.(the first summer I was here we had six inches of snow on the 4th of July,so be prepared for anything) I have been interested in bikes since the age of 4. I had parents who where dead set against me having a bike so it took until I was out of their house to get the first one. I'm one of those lucky guys who has a wife who also rides (1995 Triumph Thunderbird). She started on mini bikes when she was 9 so has been on motorized two wheelers longer than I have. Her dad sold them and snowmobiles in the early 60's. She is of the opinion that if it has two wheels and no motor then it serves no purpose. We are looking forward to meeting all of this summers rally participants. I've also posted on the Ridefest page. This is my second ever post on any website. So this is all pretty new to me. Any way hello again everyone. Good to be here! Kim |

Hello! My name is Jenny and I'm picking up my first Buell tomorrow after work. My yellow Blast is waiting for me up in Fairbanks, Alaska (I'm 360 miles away, so it will be quite a ride!). I grew up on snowmachines and started riding dirtbikes a couple summers ago. My Dad let me ride on the back of his '97 Fatboy, and I knew I would never be the same. I've been exploring this site for a while, and it is full of great info. |

God Bless Erik for the Blast. Maybe now our Buell meetings will be more gender balanced. <grin> |

Vik, You might be surprised. When I went on a 30 day deployment to Anchorage in 1989 every guy in our unit got laid who wanted to! All the girls wanted to see our tan lines!(we were based in Hawaii) Oh those days at Chilcoot Charlies shall be forever etched in my mind!!! |

In Valdez Jenny? Cool! I'm temporarily displaced in IL from Anchorage. Welcome to Buelling! Check out House of Harley in Anchorage if ya get a chance. Bulliedan .... Ya got laid at 'Coots? Hahahaha Was the treatment bad afterwards? ;-) Just Jokin' but that place is one helluva meat market. Did ya hit the Bush Company? Very classy to say the least. Ya didn't go to Crazy Horse did ya? :-) Chilcoot Charlies was a great place though I have ta agree. I haven't found a club to rival it yet. DAve ... misplaced in IL |

Dave, When do you plan on coming home? I was in Anchorage a couple of days ago and bought my riding coat at the Harley shop on Spenard. I've been up here my entire life, but wouldn't mind riding in the states. There aren't too many paved roads up here. The few we do have seemed to have all lead to Coot's for you boys! |
