I planned on going, but the SX was still in the process of me doing the valve adjustment. It would have been nice to ask specific questions about what is planned for warranty on the 2014. I got 3 months of the two year warranty when EBR shut down. Rumor has it that we will be need to purchase extended warranty from outside source, is this true? As much as I enjoy the ride, not having warranty for some of the issues I've had so far get me thinking about "other" rides like the 2016 Triumph Speed triple. I've had oil cooler tab broken off after 1200 miles, starter problems that required replacement, now the mounting tab for the main exhaust chamber broke off which I repaired (like all the others I repaired out of pocket). For a motorcycle that has 6K miles on it, IMHO it's unacceptable quality. Any how wish I could have been there, perhaps I ci=ould have had Erik sign my Laguna Blue Air box or something! | ||

"Rumor has it that we will be need to purchase extended warranty from outside source, is this true?" Dual, I heard the same thing about warranties for 2014 and 15s bought before the shutdown. That doesn't make it fact but that is also what I heard. |
