According to the Milwaukee Business Journal the sale of EBR has been approved by the court. The purchaser is Atlantic Metals Group LLC. It looks like the purchase price was 2.25 million. Here is a link to the article.

The new owner is a motorcycle enthusiast and Buell fan who apparently has DEEP pockets.
