Since I put the race tips / ECM on my RX has been throwing this code up repeatedly. Anyone know how I can stop it? Doesn't appear to ride differently when the code is up.

Books are at work, but I think U0001 is a Comms error, usually when cranking/starting with a low battery.
It is triggered when the IC and ECM lose each other on the CAN bus from the voltage dropping below Comms' min volts.

I haven't seen ANY code throw the bike into a "safe mode" like cars do.
Only 420 miles on my RS and no codes.
28k+ on my 08 1125R that is growing to 1190 and never seen a DTC change riding behavior.
