Author Message   Smokedaddy Posted on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 - 11:10 am:        As some of you old time BadWeber(s) may recall, I made this roadside marker a few years ago for a fellow Bueller that was killed in a motorcycle accident. This happened at the Arizona Torque Fest. Just for kicks I wanted to see if Google Earth was able to find it (the memorial). Guess what ... yes, amazing. If you click on the Daryl Levesque link it will take you there. Once there, YOU MUST let Google Earth completely load the file! Next it will automatically zoom into the area. Then move your mouse to the upper right hand corner of the screen and a small navigating window will pop up. Move the white square box in the navigation window all the way to the LEFT and soon you will see the memorial. Pretty cool. The only thing is the BBS software creates a .ZIP file that you will need to unzip first, then click on that file. It will do everything else after that. The memorial is holding up well, and still has the documents Ferris left there during the first SpringFast event. There are still a few parts to his bike laying on one of the guardrail supports. I make it a point, in the spring and fall to organize a ride through the area, and stop to pay my respect.
