4 lbs this week, at 270. 51 total lbs off since April 5th.

first off i'd like to Congratulate all of you, keep up the good work and just keep in your mind what Badlionsfan said, losing weight is gaining horsepower. Also for those of you who don't already know this if you are working out and running and your knees/legs are hurting, if you don't already, go out and buy a GOOD (can get expensive) running shoes, they take ALOT of the impact. I used to get really bad shin splints cause i was running is Basketball shoes, but the second i switched to a pair of Saucony running shoes it all went away.
also two parting words, the key to losing weight is not eating within 4 1/2 hours of sleeping so you body has nothing to store up when your asleep and CHICKEN CHICKEN CHICKEN....not the colonel sanders greasy extra crispy breaded kind either

Oh and also i forgot don't get discouraged if your weight loss starts to plane off, if your doing any kind of weight training because as anyone will tell you, muscle weighs more than fat, even if your not losing weight you will continue to lose fat, so keep it up

Good work,gents. As I am sure you kniow the excess weight brings so many problems with it--high BP, diabetes,kidney problems,swollen ankles,poor circulation,trouble breathing,joint and back pain,etc etc etc,keep it up.

Mine has been a combination of working more,eating better, and way too much stress. Newly retired, newly divorced, new to this whole dating/girlfriend stuff-- lost 25 lbs since january. 161 now,had to take to wearing a belt and keep taking in another notch.

Is that the "Fu&%#t I quit" towel you are throwing in? The best barbque seasons I have ever seen is when I have been my lightest. Great food, smaller quantities, much joy!

Thumper, I lost 50 lbs in 2 months to the day. Been on nutrisystem for 73 days now, down 54 lbs. I lost really fast at first, slowing down now to 2-3 lbs a week, with an occasional 5 lb week. CityX 2.0 gets quicker and more nimble every time I ride.

bubba the love spounge used to use that stuff and said it worked. of course for the most part it's supposedly only caffeine. the best thing i was told to do was first thing drink an 8 oz glass of water in the morning before anything else. before every snack and meal. drink an 8oz glass of water. for every meal eat a combination of carb/protein and fat in small portion. also have a healthy snack in between each meal. that and exercise. give it try for a week mark. what do you have to lose except a couple more lbs. try and hold off on the caffiene though. do to decaf.

Mark, over in Nutrisystem land the secret to busting through a plateau for many is to eat off of you diet plan for a day. Go have some pizza, burgers, fries, whatever, just up your calories. This puts your system into a panic and it'll kick your metabolism into high gear. You may gain a pound right away, but then you should lose a few pounds quick then settle back into your normally scheduled progress.

your are right about that bad, just as long as you were maintaining a diet to begin with. it doesn't hurt to put your body into shock to jump start the process again. and mark, the green tea is supposed to be good for you. drink it all the time. i think it has helped me maintain the weight without the exercise i was doing before i got lazy again.

I have a new routine in the eating program. I've been doing a large amount of fruit(mixed berries) for breakfast and as a snack in the evenings. Seems to be working. And I like it. 232 this morning. Oldog, I want that money!
