Author Message   Ricksbuell Posted on Friday, January 25, 2008 - 01:19 am:        This happened on the perfect evening ride.Two guys were ahead of me in a crappy looking drag/street silver camaro 79 ish .I sped up a little to take a look at it. I had a 76 growing up as kid .Apparentally they felt threatened seeing a 98 lightning closing in.When i came to a stop at the light they kept saying- yeah man want to race? then i remember the driver saying -hey funny thing is this isn't even my fast one. He said i have gixxer at home that will outrun you!I said i'm not racing i just wanted to see your car.Thats when i realized i was in the company of a couple little daddy's rich boyz.I kind of chuckled when he started roasting the tiers of his narrowed rear end -SMOKE JUST ROLLING OUT OF THE REAR TUBS.Now i don't ever have this kind of good luck but one of city patrol cars was one car behind him. I looked over and got to point the finger at him to look behind him. It was priceless to see him pull to the right and get his little reward.Thats not all though. I only rode about 8 miles that night.Went home got in my truck and went the local liquor store for beer .On my way home low and behold there was daddy'z boy broke down at the kix 66 station .Now i know i should have just left it alone after all i was ahead.But i didn't i pulled up in my loud dodge ram with monster tires - 34's and politely asked do you boys need a jump start. I said to them funny thing is this isn't even my big one i have a buell at home. they don't even acknowledge me there anytime i see them now . I just wanted to see his car -geez some people just don't know how to take a compliment. thanks for letting me rant RICK ps (i have witnesses to back this up .) I was pulled over by the same police officer later that week and complimented me on my patience of the ignorant.He would not tell me what the fines were just that their were several.I got a warning because my tag was not visible to him.   Rasta_dog Posted on Friday, January 25, 2008 - 10:04 am:        Funny stuff.
