Some Images from The "Southern California Area Buellers" annual pilgrimage to the Corkscrew View , Laguna Seca US MotoGP.  Loveshack ready to accept campers .  Oh,NO.!!!Looks like that plane is going to crash into the Buell Tent!!  Damn!! And I haven't had the chance to check out that new Buell 1125R!!  Man , I wish Ebear would get back....I'm tired of holdin' up this damn lens...wheres that confounded Bridge???  Man , it was around here SOMEWHERE!  He said his name was Alice..........Thats all I remember...  Sooooo....were camping just where???  I think were over there somewhere....   And absolutely unlike last year , Laguna suffered WHITEOUT conditions for the first time in history!!!  And they erected a tent but nobody came!!!!...Oh...there all still over at that damn BUELL TENT!!!   Well...then...I'm going there too!!    Shoot....I can't seem to get my shoulders into this motorhome...what the???   Now THERES a Sunburn waiting to happen!!  Red Bull???...isn't that supposed to be RED BUELL???   I'm CERTAIN this is where I dropped my BRAIN!!  So THATS whats all over my tires!!  Sooo...if it gets REALLY HOT we get under THAT thing??  I think they said follow THAT guy....he knows where the restrooms are!!!  See.!!!..It's not ALL Desert!!!  Now.....did they say the yellow and blue flag?....or was it the white and green one???...or maybe the black and orange one???.....Uhhhhh....  Watch this..!..I'm gonna smack this guy when he goes by!!! | ||

OK....OK....I am Slipping!!! Sorry for no more immediate posts or pics but I've been a little busy with School. I want to take this particular time to Thank ALL those that attended.And mention a few things about that weekend.Those of you whom attended last year know that we created a "TIP JAR" for those whom don't usually come to the meetings so they could contribute to the "EFFORT". The funds collected assisted greatly in the Enormous gas bill we face as we bring up the LOVESHACK as our party facility.This year was no different.We left out the "JAR" on Saturday and the Wonderfully Generous group left enough money to pay over HALF of the gas coming up.Since Jerry and I usually split all costs this was very helpful to us.Thank you all!!! But then this happened.On Sunday I neglected to return the jar to where people would see it untill near the end of the races.However that didn't stop the Generosity of our fellow race fans.When the event was over and we were preparing for the long trek home.....(They ask us to wait until after 6:00 pm now to assist in easing traffic woes)......We decided to count up the Donations.Man...this is GREAT!..Even with the short amount of time , people still donated to the cause.Only this time , we found in the jar a VERY LARGE WAD OF BILLS!!!!!!just this amount ALONE exceeded what was found the day before , and this didn't include the other bills also added on Sunday.Together , all this money paid ALL OF THE GAS up and back , except 2 tankfuls Jerry and I donate as our part of the trip.It also paid the money I had paid for the 2 Camping spots we have secured for the September meet and hopefully enough left over in the account to purchase another Vermont Teddy Bear for our dear friend Mary Jane Doerr , manager of the Camping for Laguna Seca.The Person whom left this huge amount knows who they are ,since we dont , and Jerry and I want to THANK THEM IMMENSELY for their sizable contribution to our Annual pilgrammage to Seca.The generosity and helpfulness of all whom attended will not be forgotten and lets hope future events go as well as this one.Remember , SCAB meeting is tonight at Knowlwoods and we hope to see you folks there!!! Thursday night I will be posting more Images on this thread , and hopefully others?...See you and Thanks to All..!! | ||

Thanks for the pic's Ebear, especially since I don't think I'll ever make it all the way to the other side of the world. The bikes and grounds shots and commentary are great, and of course the girls too......but....uhh, you weren't in charge of female footwear were you? Something about those big black boots makes me nervous.(not that I'm complaining or anything) | ||

 Kurtis Roberts kickin' on Stoner  Some Badwebbers hanging around some Bar?? Nahhh......  Sooo....what did you expect FMJ?...BB..... ("before beer".....with nastier Homer)  Watch your head , WOZ..!!  Vale....looking for Carbones  Woz finally sees the annoying camera-guy and most others ignore him...  OK...OK...so I yelled out...'FREE BEER'!!! (check out that handsome Dawg in the black leather!)  And I think they found it!!  The view from the rear deck of this place was Grand and pretty soon was filled up too!!! Thats an 1125R sitting there with everyone trying it out for size!  This shot was taken in near dark conditions,handheld and steadied against the building.Thats North Monterey and Seaside visible across the Bay.  Sayyy...Whaddya' say we start this thing up right here says Chuck..!!!Everyone crowds in anticipation...  The evil looking black machine fires off and the throttle bangs open with a ROAR...And suddenly the glass is sucked right out of the byestanders hand..!!!  And without missing a beat the Evil Looking Black 1 and an Eighth liter Monster Eater lets out a BURP.....  The papparazi fumble with their cameras trying to record this amazing event...  But hiding around the corner , the REAL photo -man has the goods...  The Buell quivers with Excitement...  ZAP..KaBOOM...ZAP the crowd forgets everything they just saw and goes on with thier libation consumptions....nary a suspicion.......  A second house of Ill Repute opens in the patio..  And they were happy...  Many were crowded around the front ..trying to catch a glimpse....
