Jerry...Thanks for the pics. Lived out there for 30 years and for some reason never got to see the Sequoia's or Redwoods. Seems all our rides outside So Cal were to Death Valley, Arizona and Monterey. | ||

Bill, thanks for the thanks. this past Sunday was the first time we'd been up on the Western Divide in quite some time (partly because they close the road down each winter), and the temps (7000 feet-plus) were PERFECT. there is a very nice stand up Sequoias up there near Parker Pass called Trail of 100 Giants - one of these days i'll see if i can get some pix of some BIG trees for you. take care, FB | ||
