How do you guys want to do the rooms? Even though we were asked twice last year whether we wanted one bed or two (I didn't think I ever gave that impression), I'm not sharing. I haven't called to check on the prices and what's available. Right now the count is 5 to 7. I'll have a better idea by next Tue. if Ralph is going or not and will not know is my son can go until his employer lets him know when they start this summer. | ||

Ride Fest 2002 Revised Schedule Thursday, June 20th Independence Pass / Glenwood Springs Lead by Kim Mt. Evans Lead by Roger Friday, June 21st Woodland Park Loop Lead by Dave Cottonwood Pass Lead by Bob Saturday, June 22nd Hwy 50 Lead by Phil Turquoise Lake / Camp Hale Lead by Murrae & Mable Group dinner at 6:00 p.m Rides will leave at 9:00 or 10:00 am. Dependent on weather and length of ride. This schedule was changed because of road construction on Hwy 9 between Kremmling and Silverthorne. Hey Mike! What the hell am I? Chopped Liver? I may still be going. Still flopping a bit. Stacey has given me the green light. Even if I'm at the games, the college coaches can't talk to her (or me or Jan) until the hockey season starts. I'm probably going to make the trip. Jan liked my disposition much better after I got back last year. She says I'm due for a recharge. I wonder what she means by that???  Brad | ||

I would love to go, and if there's any way in the world for me to get up there for a day or two, I will. But unfortunately, I'm on a tight schedule with respect to the construction and development of this new race bike, and it's looking like I'll have parts coming in just about the time the event rolls around. It's a very Loooooooooooong shot for me this year but man have I been thinking about it. Colorado is cool (even in the pouring rain) but Kim and Cheryl have the knack for turning the few days into an INCREDIBLE time. Even if you've given up on motorcycling, I wouldn't miss this thing if there was ANY way to make it. Brad-I'm making a reservation for a room that holds 4-6 (depending on your pleasure). It is $108/night for Wed.-Fri. nights. If you guys want to share we'd be more than happy. I'm wanting to leave on Sunday to get a couple more days of riding in out there. I wanted to go to a least one of the big Denver (Fay Meyers) bike shops to check it out. Other than that we are game for any direction. We were kicking around Pike's Peak for one. Let me know what you guys want to do. Don- What day did you want to get together? Warren, Check just out of town, there is an RV/Cabin rental place which is fairly nice and the "cabin" I stayed in last year would sleep 3-6 couples, or 3-6 individuals depending on bed sharing (3 regular beds, 3 pullout sofa beds). BuellieDan stayed there last year with his rig as well. Should be less expensive, although a few miles away. | ||
