I have an interesting Buell story for all you bad webbers. I recently decided to trade in my 99X1 for a 01 X1. Went to my local dealer (about 4 blocks away) and made a "deal" to purchace a new bike. Credit approved just waiting for the bike to be prepped. I understood the wait with all the getting bikes ready for Sturgis. I stopped in wed night, salse mgr said first thing tomorrow...Ok Called the next day, and sales mgr said they wont take Buell's in trade. What??? Sell them but not take them on trade. They have one used X1 on the floor, dont tell me they have too many. What gives? By the way steer clear of Downtown HD Buell in seattle, they wont stand by the deals they make!!! | ||

That's ok, my Dad tried to trade an 90 FLHTC for an M2 and at the last moment management said no, they no longer accepted FLs on trade... So dad bought a Ducati 750 Dark | ||
